After two exhilarating Semi-Final rounds held this week, the running order for the Grand Final of the 67th Eurovision Song Contest is good to go. 26 EBU Members are now preparing for their ultimate performance on Saturday 13 May.

The Grand Final for this year’s Contest, hosted in the United Kingdom on behalf of 2022 winners Ukraine, will open with last year’s winners Kalush Orchestra and a powerful performance titled ‘Voices of a New Generation’. As last year’s winner, Ukraine (UA:PBC) automatically qualified for a place in the Grand Final, alongside the ‘Big 5’ countries: the United Kingdom (BBC); Italy (RAI), France (FTV), Germany (ARD; NDR) and Spain (RTVE).

They will be joined by the 20 countries voted through at the Semi Final stage by audiences worldwide: Austria (ORF); Portugal (RTVE); Switzerland (SRG/SSR); Cyprus (CyBC); Sweden (SVT); Albania (RTSH); Estonia (ERR); Finland (Yle); Czechia (CT); Australia (SBS); Belgium (VRT); Armenia (AMPTV); Croatia (HRT); Israel (KAN); Lithuania (LRT); Moldova (TRM); Norway (NRK); Poland (TVP); Serbia (RTS); and Slovenia (RTVSLO).

The BBC, together with the EBU, have organized the Contest in consultation with UA:PBC, Ukraine’s public broadcaster. Liverpool was chosen following a strong city bid process that examined facilities at the venue; the ability to accommodate thousands of visiting delegations, crew, fans and journalists; infrastructure; and the cultural offer of the Host City in reflecting Ukraine’s win in 2022.

We congratulate all our Members who will be “United By Music” on Saturday night, demonstrating the unique partnership between the United Kingdom, Ukraine and host city Liverpool to bring the Eurovision Song Contest to audiences across the globe and the power of music in bringing communities together. It also reflects the very origins of the Contest, which came about in the quest to bring Europe closer together through a shared television experience across different countries.
