With the Digital Markets Act, the European Parliament is creating the political vision to preserve a diverse, vivid and innovative media landscape. It is imperative that policymakers ensure sufficient resources for effective enforcement.

With such strong obligations must come strong enforcement. Next, the trilogue negotiations need to secure not only the legal framework for competitive and fair digital markets, but also sufficient resources that will be needed to enforce it.”
