Mehmet Zahid Sobaci appointed new Director General of TRT

Prof Dr Mehmet Zahid Sobaci has been appointed as Director General of our Turkish Member TRT.
Mehmet Zahid Sobaci has been working as the Vice Director of the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey for the last three years. He was also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Press Advertising Agency between 2019-2021.
His areas of expertise are reform in public administration, public policy, the relationship between social media and politics. He has written several books and many articles on these subjects.
