Strategy Group

The EBU Strategy Community brings together media executives from Member organizations to discuss and collaborate on emerging topics of strategic importance for public service media (PSM), such as AI and sustainability.

Through this group, we aim to help you:

• Understand PSM’s current and future needs
• Exchange knowledge and tools for strategy design, processes and implementation
• Get access to insights, guidelines and benchmarks on EBU Members’ strategies and positions
• Download market trends and envision future scenarios for the continuous development of PSM strategies
• Work together with other Members on recommendations for EBU and PSM leaders on emerging strategic topics

Join the group

All strategy executives from EBU Members are welcome to join the group, participate in our events and access online resources, which you need to log in to.

The group holds two in-person meetings per year and several online meetings throughout the year. Our next in-person meeting will be in Prague on 21-22 March 2024.
