Euroradio Sport Plenary Meeting

Sports radio professionals from EBU Members gathered once again for our annual plenary meeting.

Special guests from the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), the European Handball Federation (EHF), the International Basketball Association (FIBA), Twitter and uWhisp attended.

Elections for the Euroradio Sport Group and discussions surrounding Euroradio Sport Strategy  were as usual on the agenda.

Social Radio Apps & Best Practices Workshop

Last year, social media guru Andy Miah left us pondering the question "Are social media and radio natural-born partners?".

So this year, we hosted a lively, hands-on workshop that examined the use of the most popular social tools for radio (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Periscope, Snapchat & uWhisp).

Eurovision ACADEMY's social expert Justin Kings moderated this workshop. Speakers included:
